  In short: terrible, I recommend that you simply go to any other ski rental place.

  We rented three skis, two for inexperienced skiers who went to a skiing school up the mountain. There we found out that the one of the three pairs of skis were not properly waxed, the snow sticked so much that it was very hard to ski with them, the skis ended up with large chunks of snow. When we confronted the shop, the clerk wouldn't acknowledge the problem and went to great lengths to claim that it was the inexperience of the skier or blamed the weather for the problem.They claim that their shop never makes mistakes and that all of their skis are properly waxed. If they would have apologized and refuse to refund us, we wouldn't complain. But since they desperately attempted to blame everyone else, it makes me think that it's not the first time this happens and they simply don't care, enough tourists come and go every day.

  Es verdad que partiendo de que se hace cola y es un caos al ser pequeño el local... el trato recibido fue amable y profesional. Yo no tengo quejas. (Debes hacer reserva con antelación o te llevarás una sorpresa).

  Equips de lloguer d'esquí en bon estat, econòmics i el personal molt eficient. Recomano que reserveu el material amb antelació per evitar sorpreses. L'únic inconvenient és la llarga cua i el petit caos que es generen al cap de setmana per recollir el material, ben bé 45min d'espera.
